Right now I can't seem to focus, can't keep doing the same thing for too long, everything just feels like too much, and no matter how long I spend on anything it feels like nothing ever gets done.
So the plan of attack: I do any certain 1 thing for max 30 minutes, I put a timer on my phone, and then just GO. Then when its over I get to a natural finish and move onto something else. It could be working, it might not be, but this way stuff is getting worked on, instead of just aimlessly gazing at my phone becoming gloomier. This plan of attack works best on Saturday and Sunday when I have a full day to fill, but it also is being applied at night to just keep going.
